Corrosion resistant repair agent

It is made of various kinds of high-performance wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant materials or anti-friction materials (such as ceramics, silicon carbide, emery, titanium alloy, molybdenum disulfide, etc.) and modified toughened heat-resistant resin composite to obtain high-performance wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant polymeric ceramic materials. It is widely used to prepare wear-resistant anti-corrosion coating on the surface of machine parts with corrosion resistance requirements.

Usage method

l Surface treatment: Rough the repaired part, if conditions permit, drive out 1.5mm deep indulge grain, and then clean with cleaning agent.

l Preparation: Mix the two components A and B evenly according to the proportion on the instructions, and use up within the specified operating period.

Coating: Apply the mixed material layer by layer on the part to be repaired, compacted, so that it is fully infiltrated with the substrate. If mechanical processing is required in the following sequence, an appropriate amount of processing allowance should be set aside.

Curing: 25 ~ 30℃ curing for 8 hours can be machined, can be put into use after 24 hours, if the temperature is low should be heated or extended curing time to cure.
