Product use
The high temperature repair agent composed of modified high temperature resin and high temperature curing agent is filled and polymerized by ceramic and metal, with short-term temperature resistance of 300℃ and long-term temperature resistance of 240℃. It is used for repair and bonding of wear, scratches, corrosion and broken parts under high temperature conditions, such as steam and hot oil pipes, engine cylinder, paper dryer, plastic molding mold repair and bonding.
Usage method
1. Surface treatment: Rough treatment of repaired or bonded parts, and then clean with cleaning agent.
2. Preparation: According to the mass ratio A:B=2:1 or the volume ratio A:B=2:1, the two components of A and B are mixed evenly and used up within the specified operating time limit.
3. Coating: Apply the mixed material layer by layer on the part to be repaired, compacted, so that it is fully infiltrated with the substrate. If mechanical processing is required in the following sequence, an appropriate amount of processing allowance should be set aside.
4. Curing: 20 ~ 25℃ curing for 24 hours or 20 ~ 25℃ curing for 2 hours +80℃ curing for 2 hours can be put into use, if the temperature is low should be heated or extended curing time to cure.
