1. Product description
Solar cell module sealant is the use of moisture in the air at room temperature curing, mainly used for solar photovoltaic module manufacturing industry bonding, sealing.

◆ Single component neutral curing at room temperature, low volatility, excellent electrical insulation performance; Good adhesion to aluminum, glass, TPT/TPE backing material, junction box plastic PPO/PA;
◆. Resistance to yellowing, after 85℃ aging test, the colloidal surface did not see obvious yellowing;
◆. Curing system, solid into a soft rubber body, protect components from mechanical vibration and external impact. Through high temperature and high humidity ring test, it has good compatibility with all kinds of EVA;
◆. Flame retardant performance reaches UL 94-V0 level. No corrosion, no pollution, meet the requirements.

4. Methods of use
◆ Determine the base material
The substrate surface should be kept clean and dry. Remove rust, dust and oil.
◆ Sizing
According to the size of the bonding surface and the gap, cut the extrusion nozzle and squeeze it out evenly. The coating amount is controlled by the size of the extrusion nozzle hole. It is appropriate to slightly extrude a rubber ring after the combination of the bonding surface. After the joint surface is coated with a gasket, it is quickly combined and fastened during the active period.
