Automobile, motorcycle, ship engine cylinder, due to cold winter or other reasons of cold crack or damage caused by the local rupture of the body if the overall replacement is not economical, if the traditional method of welding repair, it is possible to use crack extension or leakage welding, and the technical requirements of the welder is high, the process is simple, the operation is convenient, and it is very economical to restore the use of the cylinder block.
Bonding process:
1. First clean the frozen crack or damage of the cylinder body, find out the crack terminal, and hit the head to stop the hole.
2. The crack is processed into a ";V" groove for gluing.
3, with file and other hardware tools, portable grinding wheel, emery cloth surface treatment level.
4. The adhesive surface will be cleaned with cleaning agent until there is no stain and no rust.
5, according to the volume ratio of A and B components 2:1 ratio fully uniform. The surface to be repaired (glued on both sides) is fully glued.
6. After sticking, gently tap with a tool to make it fully bonded.
7, if the crack or damage is serious, iron (copper) plate should be strengthened, the effect is better. If it is not serious, it can be strengthened with glass fiber cloth.
① Reinforced with glass fiber cloth, should be bonded two to three layers, glass fiber cloth should be from small to large bonding, each layer should be fully impregnated with glue to achieve better bonding strength.
② Strengthen the treatment with iron (copper) plate, the general thickness is 5-8 mm, the surface should be strictly treated flat, clean, and should be closely matched with the cylinder body, and fixed in the cylinder body with screws.
8, 24 hours after the coating is completed, 20℃-25℃ can be at 60% -70% of the strength, if heated to 80℃, curing can be at strength. If not heated directly in the high temperature environment can also reach the strength.

Note:
After the glue is mixed, it can have a use period of about 1.5 hours at 25℃. Before use, A and B components should be mixed evenly, so that the mixture can be used after no color difference. The amount of a glue according to the actual situation, that is, it is used up at one time.
