FS5000 Solar Cell Module Sealant is cured by air moisture at room temperature. It’s mainly used for bonding and sealing solar photovoltaic components.



Product features:

1. One component neutral RTV sealant, with small volatility and good electrical insulation. It has good bonding performance to aluminum product, glass, TPT/TPE material, and junction box plastic PPO/PA.
2. Super yellowing-proof. Adhesive surface don’t become yellow after ageing test at 85℃. 
3. Unique curing system. It forms flexible rubber material after curing, so to protect module against mechanical shock and external shock. It has good compatibility with all kinds of EVA after high temperature and wet test.
4. Flame resistance can reach UL 94-V0 standard. Non-toxic, no corrosion and pollution. It meets ROHS requirements.

Usage method

1. Prepare the base material: The base material surface should be clean and dry. Remove the rust, dust and oil from the surface.
2. Gluing: Cut the adhesive spray nozzle depend on bonding surface and clearance size. Squeeze the adhesive uniformly. Control the adhesive quantity by nozzle hole size, it's better to squeeze an adhesive ring on the bonding surface. Fastening the bonding surface during adhesive active period.
