It is sutiable for sealing and locking of metal pipe thread ,such as pipe thread of chemistry industry , industry ,civil ,air-conditioner ,watersupply , militery industy ,gas . It can be suitable for sealing of flange , can replace cork rubber gasket . Glue layer have good solvent resistance after curing
Sealing Reason
Lacking of oxygen in metal thread can form good thermosetting elastomers, performance of ageing resitance is better than metal material
Usage mthod and notice
1.Clean oil in thread with cloths , slight oil have no influence
2. extrude sealant onto thread teeth , apply with knife ,for thread above DN65, applying glue on double sides is suggested .
3. When assembly , people should avoid overstrength which led fixed adaptor rotate, angle shoul not be adjusted after curing .
4. Apply to reactive metals such as steel,copper ,iron , working temperature is above 25℃, make pressure testing in 6 hours after assembly . 25℃-0c,test pressure in 16hours . Under0℃ 48 hous or longer
5. don't use strong oxidizing medium such as pure oxygen ,chlorine
6.For drinking water pipe , the glue is only applied for outside of thread , extra glue will enter into inner cavity if applying to inside of thread .
7.Wash hands with soaps after finish working . Don't use finger directly apply glue ,otherwise , it will cause irritate reaction to person with small wounds .
Storage : place in cold and dry place under room temperature ,keep away from children .
