Usage Method
l surface treatment:make the need repair surface rough , make the surface have 1.5mm deep thread and then clean with cleaning agent
l Mixing: mix A with B according to the proportion
on the instruction and finish it within the specified operating period .
l Coating: apply the mixed coating layer by layer on the repair part.The first layer should be compacted,fully infiltrated with the base material . If the following needs mechanical processing ,leave appropriate machining allowance.
l Curing: the temperature is from 25 to 30 degrees. After 8 hours curing , it can undertake mechanical processing and can be put into use after 24 hours. If the temperature is low ,please heat them or keep longer time for curing .
